It has been said that men have a greater influence on their children than their wives, in regards to the value that children place on spiritual things. Our evangelistic approach seek to:

• Discover – know Christ deeply
• Develop – training
• Deploy – evangelism and calling

We encourage all local men’s ministry leaders to be engaged and encourage all men to participate in their local church’s evangelism ministry.

I Corinthians 10:13

“No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.”

The Apostle Paul must have had many of us in mind when he wrote this verse. Temptations bombard us every day. We face temptations to have our own way, to gain power, to take short cuts by lying, stealing or cheating, to lust after things that we can’t have or are harmful, and to do generally anything that makes our bodies feel good. Temptations are everywhere!

It seems like the temptations never stop coming. But God is faithful this verse says. He won’t let you experience more temptation than you can handle. The best part is, with each temptation, He will provide a way out, if you will take it.

And perhaps most importantly, He will give you the strength to endure through the temptation.  That’s reassuring to know because we can’t beat temptation in our own power.

The Men’s Room is the National Men’s Ministry department of the Church of God of Prophecy UK. The Men’s Room Trust is a registered charity. The national leaders are Brother Clive Lewis and Pastor Errol A Williams. The charity number is 1112601 and it was registered on the 30 December 2005.
